Prime & Provisions Wine Pairing Dinner, March 30

On Wednesday, March 30, there will not be a better way to “un-wine-d” midweek, as Prime & Provisions will be hosting its second wine dinner featuring various Napa Valley wines. Beginning at 6 p.m. the steakhouse has created a 5-course spread that pairs its steakhouse fare with the California wine.

Executive Chef Joseph Rizza of Prime & Provisions has designed a menu that complements the grapes of Napa wine region. The wine pairing dinner is a way to experience the Napa Valley without having to travel west of the Mississippi River. In addition, Master Sommelier Serafin Alvarado as well as winery representatives will be on site to answer any and all questions about the pairing menu.
