Prime & Provisions Makes Return Following Full-Scale Reconstruction

After months of reconstruction following a late 2025 kitchen fire, Prime & Provisions reopens its doors on Saturday, July 18th.

We’re incredibly proud to bring back a restaurant that has meant so much to our guests, our team and the city, while entering this next chapter with tremendous momentum and excitement.”

Prime & Provisions will welcome guests back with:

• The return of Prime & Provisions’ in-house dry-aged prime steaks and signature steakhouse preparations 
   
• A continued focus on execution, premium ingredients and technique used to create their signature steakhouse dishes
   
• A culinary program designed to elevate the steakhouse narrative beyond traditional expectations
   
• The return of seafood offerings, sides, desserts and other guest-favorites
   
• A wine and cocktail program curated to complement the restaurant’s signature dishes and atmosphere
   
• A Happy Hour experience available Monday through Friday from 4–6 p.m. and Sundays from 4–9 p.m., featuring wine and cocktail specials, plus $1.50 oysters and half-off bar bites including Petit Dry-Aged Cheeseburgers and the Shaved Ribeye Cheesesteak
   
• Multiple private dining and event spaces designed to accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, with customizable menus and event capabilities for groups ranging from 15 to 600 guests 

Featured menu highlights will include:

• 45 Day Dry-Aged Linz Heritage Beef selections like the 18 oz. Bone-in Kansas City Strip
   
• Shellfish Tower with Ginger Mignionette, Official Cocktail Sauce, and Meyer Lemon Mustard Sauce
   
• Macaroni & Cheese and other steakhouse sides
   
• Smokin’ S’mores with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Chocolate Mousse, Homemade Fluff, and Graham Crumble
   
• A tableside Sundae Cart service

Reservations are now available. Prime & Provisions is located at 222 N.
