Prime & Provisions Set for July Return After Complete Re-Build

This July, Prime & Provisions, the flagship concept from DineAmic Hospitality, will officially reopen following a full-scale reconstruction. 

After celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2025, the restaurant experienced an unexpected kitchen fire late last November. Due to the extent of the fire, smoke, and water damage, ownership made the deliberate decision to temporarily close and fully rebuild the space.

As the team prepares to welcome guests back, the focus remains on restoring the Prime & Provisions experience diners have come to know over the past decade, from its hospitality and steakhouse atmosphere to the menu staples that have made it a mainstay in Chicago’s dining scene.
