Prime & Provisions just added two new dishes to its menu; a vegetarian option the Cauliflower Steak and a classic Cheesesteak.
The Loop steakhouse has added a Cauliflower Steak to their lunch and dinner menu. The 32 ounce main course dish is offered for $24 and caters to both vegans and vegetarians. Comprised of blackened purple cauliflower, the dish is broiled in 1,100-degrees and served on sizzling hot plates with roasted garlic and roasted garlic oil.
While the next addition to the steakhouse's menu is not vegan or vegetarian-friendly, it definitely has a draw, paying homage to American classics. Available for $17 on the lunch and barroom menu, the Cheesesteak is constructed with U.S.D.A. Prime Creekstone Farms All-Natural shaved ribeye, caramelized onion, roasted garlic and white American cheese.
