Pop-up Omakase with The Salsa Truck at Ramen-san

For one night only, The Garage and The Salsa Truck from the West Loop will be doing a pop-up dinner at Ramen-san. Omakase in style, the night involves dishes from regions all over Mexico – including chicharrón and pork carnitas pozole – plus a taste of what’s to come from The Garage’s forthcoming concept slated for later this summer. Dinner is $35 per person (plus tax; gratuity not included) with additions available, such as creative drink pairings, Mexico City hot wings and Plato de Birrieria.
