Pollo Campero, the Guatemalan-born fast service restaurant serving fried chicken and other menu options, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community grand opening celebration at 20 E Chicago Ave. on Wednesday November 9th beginning at 10am. 

Using family recipes passed down from generation to generation, Pollo Campero offers tender, juicy, fried chicken and slow-marinated, citrus-infused grilled chicken that is always fresh and prepared daily. Pollo Campero also offers sides inspired by the brand’s roots in Latin America.   

The fun-filled grand opening celebration will feature an appearance from Pollito, the brand’s mascot, a variety of on-site activities including a spinning wheel for giveaways.
