Pizzeria Serio Hosts Short's Brewery Takeover

On Thursday, August 11th starting at 7:00 pm, Pizzeria Serio will host a tap takeover with Short’s Brewing Company from Bellaire, MI. They're new to Chicago, so invite your friends to join you in experiencing what true Northern Michigan beer tastes like. In addition to beer tastings and mixing and mingling with the brewers themselves, guests can dig into some of Pizzeria Serio’s exceptional pizza and even score some Short’s Brewing Company swag! Highlights will include the following beers:

Soft Parade

High gravity ale fermented with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries & blackberries.

 Space Rock

American Pale Ale hopped with some tasty little nuggets of alien technology.

American Wheat Ale with orange zest, lemon zest, coriander & peppercorns.
