Pizza Friendly Pizza has a new offering of Whole Pie & Wine pairings. See below for their current offerings of Wine & Whole Pies, curated by Chef Savannah. They’re available now for pick-up through Toast while supplies last.

Pairings include: 

  • JANVIER JASNIERES + BURRATA
    • A bottle of Janvier Jasnieres (Full body white from Loire Valley Chenin Blanc. Honey, pear, mineral finish) paired with Burrata pizza.
  • FERGETTINA FRANCIACORTA + MISO MUSHROOM
    • A bottle of Fergettina Franciacorta (Italian Champagne method sparkling white. 2013 vintage, 100% Chardonnay. White flowers, marzipan, chamomile) paired with Miso Mushroom pie.
  • MALLORCA + SAUSAGE
    • A bottle of Mesquida Mora Sincronia Negre (Medium body red blend from Mallorca, Spain. Plum, cherry, clay) paired with Sausage pie.
  • JANVIER JASNIERES + POTATO PESTO
    • A bottle of Janvier Jasnieres (full body white from Loire Valley Chenin Blanc. Honey, pear, mineral finish) paired with Potato Pesto pie.
  • LAMBRUSCO + PEPP
    • A bottle of Saetti Lambrusco (Italian ancestral method dry sparkling red. Zero sulfur. Cranberry, balsamic, thyme) paired with Pepp + Basil pie.
  • MALLORCA + NDUJA
    • A bottle of Mesquida Mora Sincronia Negre (Medium body red blend from Mallorca, Spain. Plum, cherry, clay) paired with Nduja pie.

PFP also offers Saturday brunch 11-3pm with the Empty Bottle. There is Friendly French Toast with syrup, berries, pecans and powdered sugar; Breakfast Hash with potatoes, sausage, onion, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and a fried egg; the Breakfast Sando has house made bread, scrambled eggs, extra bacon, cheddar cheese, and smokey mayo. They also have a Beermosa with Solemn Oath.
