Timothy O'Toole's Pub and Bagels By The Book have unveiled two new menu offerings for the month of October. Ten percent of each item purchased from October 1-31 will be donated to the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign.
The "Sip For The Cure" pink cocktail at O'Toole's is made with O'Toole's vodka, St. Germain, cranberry juice, honey simple syrup, Wycliff champagne and garnished with thyme ($9). The libation will be offered at each of O'Toole's four Chicagoland locations (Streeterville; Gurnee; Libertyville; Lake Villa).
The "Pinktober" pink bagel at Bagels By The Book is available plain ($1.75) or with cream cheese ($2.75). Bagels By The Book, located in Libertyville, features daily baked bagels, made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, bowls, lox, biscuits, sides and sweets paired with Big Shoulders coffee, Buddha organic teas, juices and more.
