Where to Find a Slice of Pie on Pi Day

Pi Day — and Albert Einstein’s birthday — honored annually on March 14 at Hotel EMC2. Themed entirely around the celebration of art + science, the boutique Streeterville hotel will showcase special offers at both of its onsite restaurants: the Albert, its Italian-American eatery and the just-opened Archive Lounge, a Sicilian pizza and wine lounge, both helmed by Executive Chef Steve Chiappetti. A festive“Pi Bar” and menu specials at the Albert and a pizza and wine offer at Archive.

  • Pi Bar - 12 varieties of pie for $5/slice. The Albert will showcase a full-on"Pi Bar" featuring 12 different homemade pies. Peach to Pecan, and everything in between.
  • The dinner menu at the Albert will also include a range of “pies”, including Duck truffle mini pie, Lobster pie and Braised Short Rib Pie
• Archive Lounge | March 14-31, 2024 during all hours of operation (beginning at 4pm)
  • Select any full-size pizza and ANY bottle of wine from the Archive menu through March 31 for $31.40.
  • Signature favorites include options like Potato pizza with rosemary, creamy truffle sauce and provolone; the Sicilian Crunch with balsamic glazed mushrooms, garlic and herb crumbs and the Smoked Duck with goat cheese, toasted pine nuts and caramelized onions.

Sheraton Grand Riverwalk Hotel is celebrating Pi Day with sweet Pi(e) Day offers at their on-site dining concepts:

Link Cafe: a Tiramisu Icebox Pie or the Coconut Lychee Hibiscus bite at The Link Cafe, open for breakfast and lunch on the 2nd floor of the hotel from 8 Am - 5:30 PM.  

Shula's Steakhouse: For Pi(e) Day, a Mulberry Pie topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Pinot Noir Syrup.
