Oak Brook, Schaumburg and Vernon Hills restaurants introduce Fall Off-the-Menu Features including Beef Wellington and Pumpkin Cheesecake, a new Mini Martini Trio of the Month, and a New Jordan Chardonnay by the Glass feature.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has introduced its fall lineup of Off-the-Menu Features along with a new Mini Martini Trio of the Month and the latest selection in its A Glass Worth Knowing wine program. The offerings are available at Perry’s three Chicago-area locations in Oak Brook, Schaumburg and Vernon Hills.
The seasonal Off-the-Menu menu includes Beef Wellington, featuring seared filet mignon with chicken and wild mushroom duxelles, prosciutto and puff pastry, finished with a truffle Merlot demi-glace.
The Three Kings Mignon combines an 8-ounce applewood-smoked bacon-wrapped filet mignon with king crab and truffle butter. Steak Tartare features hand-cut steak with shallots, capers, Dijon mustard, sriracha and fresh herbs, finished with smoked sea salt and served with crostini. An egg yolk can be added upon request.
Perry’s White Bean Pork Chili, a past winner at the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Swine & Wine event, is made with poblano peppers, Hatch green chiles, garlic and oregano and finished with applewood-smoked bacon and pieces of Perry’s Famous Pork Chop.
The fall selections also include a Butternut Squash side for two, puréed with applewood-smoked bacon and maple syrup and topped with Italian breadcrumbs. For dessert, Pumpkin Cheesecake features a pecan-gingersnap crust, vanilla cream and salted caramel drizzle.
