New Menu Steakhouse

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille (5 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL) is featuring three off-the-menu seafood dishes for spring. These items will be available for a limited time.

Off-the-menu features include:

  • Red Snapper Crudo with pickled ginger, turmeric and tangerine oil ($18.95)
  • BBQ Octopus with charred lemon garlic potatoes, ranch cabbage slaw and pickled shallots ($19.95)
  • Whole Bandera Branzino – an European Sea Bass that is encased in a salt dome, roasted to steamed perfection, presented tableside and plated with an Agrodolce sauce ($49.95)

“We are thrilled to bring these delicious ocean offerings to our guests,” said renowned Chef Rick Moonen, Master Development Chef for Perry’s Restaurants. “These items were designed to nurture your soul and excite your taste buds.”

These features join the Filet Perry, Chateaubriand with three signature sauces, 14-oz. Prime New York Strip and Perry’s Pork Chop as well as the Lobster and Shrimp, fried asparagus and other classics. Perry’s also boasts a variety of desserts, including the flaming Nutty D’Angelo prepared tableside.
