Perry's Steakhouse & Grille Introduces July Anniversary Special Offers

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille is introducing a lineup of limited-time menus and seasonal offerings throughout July at its Oak Brook, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills locations. Options include an anniversary prix fixe menu, new Friday lunch offerings, specialty dining programs, and seasonal wine and cocktail features.

To mark more than four decades in business, Perry's is offering a four-course prix fixe menu available by request for dine-in guests Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to close throughout July.

Guests select one item from each course. Starter options include Perry's Famous Pork Chop Bites, In-House Pecan-Smoked Salmon Crostini, Steak & Tater Totter Bites, or Broiled Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms. The second course features a choice of Signature Wedge Salad, Caesar Salad, Field Green, Pear & Candied Pecan Salad, or Artichoke, Potato and Leek Soup finished with truffle oil. Entrée selections include Perry's lunch-cut Famous Pork Chop, Chargrilled Salmon with lemon dill butter, Chicken Oscar, or Vegan Skillet Chopped Steak. Guests may also upgrade to a Filet Mignon or Pecan-Smoked New York Strip.

Dessert choices include Orange Vanilla Cream Cheesecake, Fudgy Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Crunch Tower, or Lemon Bar.

Available Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Perry's lunch menu includes several additions and signature offerings. New this July is the Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich, served with French fries. The restaurant's Perry's Pork Chop Friday Lunch returns with a lunch-cut portion of Perry's Famous Pork Chop served with whipped potatoes, housemade applesauce, and bread. Guests may upgrade to loaded whipped potatoes.

Salads may be customized with a choice of proteins, including the new sliced filet tenderloin, grilled chicken, shrimp, or grilled salmon. Guests dining on Fridays can also order Steakhouse Steak Apps, lunch-sized versions of Perry's steak appetizers available with the purchase of an entrée. Selections include Filet Beef & Bleu, Signature Steak Satay, Filet Mignon Lettuce Wraps, Steak & Tater Totter Bites, and Filet Mignon Carpaccio.

JULY WINE & COCKTAIL SPECIALS

For July, Perry's is introducing the Reserve Anniversary Flight, a tasting of three Perry's Reserve wines served in two-ounce pours. The flight includes Perry's Reserve Premier Cru Champagne from Chigny-les-Roses, France; Perry's Reserve Chardonnay from Sonoma County; and Perry's Reserve Rosé from Monterey.

The Champagne offers aromas of white flowers and citrus, while the Chardonnay features notes of pear, apricot, orange zest, and tropical fruit. The Rosé highlights strawberry, blood orange, and cranberry flavors with a crisp finish.

Perry's Signature Mini Martini Trio offers a rotating tasting flight of three handcrafted cocktails served in 2.5-ounce pours. Curated monthly from Perry's lineup of 12 signature cocktails, the flight featuress a different selection each month.

July's featured trio includes:

• Perry Berry Mule – Tito's Handmade Vodka, fresh-pressed lime and cranberry juices, freshly muddled strawberries, topped with ginger ale.
• Rare Rita – A clarified margarita made with Socorro Blanco tequila, fresh-pressed lime juice, agave nectar, and orange bitters, finished with a Valencia orange peel mist and a golden salt rim.
• Bourbon Bloom – Woodford Reserve bourbon, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh-pressed lemon juice, and freshly muddled blackberries and mint.
