- Cajun Shrimp Appetizer – Cajun dusted and pan seared, they are served alongside a zesty house made honey mustard and cocktail sauce.
- Smoked Duroc Pork Chop – A winter preparation of this one pound double-bone chop, hickory smoked, and served with house made apple sauce, and bacon & chive red potato mash.
- Snake River Farms Flank Steak – Grilled and served with a sautee of mushrooms and onions, along with red potato mash
- Ricotta Tortellini with Prociutto & Peas
