Paul Virant and Sebastian White Collaborate to Benefit The Evolved Network, August 5th

Chef Sebastian White of The Evolved Network (TEN), a nonprofit that provides classroom experiential culinary arts and gardening programming which equips underserved youth with skills, support and healing, is teaming up with Chef Paul Virant to create a five-course dinner at Vistro Prime in Hinsdale.

This event will feature five collaborative, locally sourced dishes. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Evolved Network. The event will be held at Chef Paul Virant’s steakhouse, Vistro Prime on August 5.

Tickets are $150 or $193 with wine optional pairings (ticket price includes gratuity). Tickets are available on The Evolved Network's website.
