Chef Massimo Salatino of Francesca's Restaurants will be teaching a hands-on pasta making class at select Francesca's locations in March. Guests will learn how to make fresh pasta the "Italian Way" - from scratch.
Chef Salatino is a native Italian whose career has spanned two decades from kitchens in Italy to New York City. Chef will be teach guests simple techniques for cutting, shaping, and filling homemade pasta. He'll additionally demonstrate how to make fresh pasta sauces while guests sample the pasta recipes.
