Special Events French Gold Coast

Passport to France will combine food, culture, business, and entertainment all in one for an experience at the Chicago History Museum on November 17th (7pm start). The event is hosted by The French-American Chamber of Commerce of Chicago. There will be around 20 different Chicago food and beverage vendors at the event that are all French-based and inspired, such as Marchesa, Georges Duboeuf Wines, and Maison Parisienne just to name a few. Guests will be able to peruse and taste a wide selection of French alcohol, spirits, and cuisine at the event, and an auction and raffle will take place with around 30 packages, over half of which are from French companies such as the Moulin Rouge and the Intercontinental Hotel. A DJ will be at the event as well to provide a lively atmosphere for those in attendance.

As French food has always been connected to seasons, Passport to France will also be a Fall gastronomic event. Some of the food signatures from France, locally established, will offer many French dining experiences ranging from classic bistro cuisine to French delicacies, to pastries as well as terroir wines, and spirits.

The FACC-Chicago organizes Passport to France every year to emphasize Franco-American trade relations and bring together the best of the French and American cultures and communities.

Funds raised through Passport to France will also allow the French American Chamber of Commerce of Chicago to continue serving, connecting, and promoting the local French-American business community and showcasing the Midwest region as a destination for French businesses and investments.
