Parts and Labor has debuted two new menu items. The Logan Square barstaurant known for their burgers now serves Poutine, as well as a new vegan Tofu Scramble Sandwich.
The Open-Face Tofu Scramble
has green onion, red peppers and green peppers on toasted sourdough
bread. Topped with tomato, arugula, spicy veganaise, mozzarella vegan
cheese and fried spinach tortilla strips.
The new chorizo poutine fries are topped with shredded queso Chihuahua, and green onion.
