It's a new year and Parlor Pizza Bar has launched a variety of new items for all your brunching needs. Brunch is served at both the Wicker Park and West Loop locations from 10:30am. o 4pm every Saturday and Sunday.
In addition to the 14 brunch pizza that Parlor offers, like the Eggs Benedict Pizza and Chorizo and Potato Pizza, new menu additions includes everything from savory dishes such as:
- Avocado toast with smashed avocado served on ciabatta toast, topped with pomegranate seeds, radish, a sunny side egg, Spanish manchego cheese, and a baby arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette
- Ham and egg english muffins with mini sourdough english muffins, baked egg, tasso ham, gruyère cheese and hollandaise dipping sauce
To sweet dishes like:
- Birthday cake waffles with vanilla bean ice cream, whipped cream, caramel sauce, maple syrup and sprinkles
- Chocolate french toast with house made chocolate bread, warm fudge sauce, graham cracker crumble, whipped cream and toasted marshmallows
And of course, brunch-goers can pair their pie with Parlor’s Build-Your-Own-Bloody-Mary bar or Mimosa Your Way.
