St. Patrick's Day

This St. Patrick’s Day, celebrate the Irish at Raised Bar, 1 W. Wacker Drive. Raised will be offering an authentic Irish food and drink package, with the annual dyeing of the Chicago River as the backdrop to the morning festivities. In addition, Staytion Market & Bar, located downstairs of the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, will also be offering a special a la carte menu with traditional fare and exclusive cocktails to keep the party going all day.

Raised kicks off the St. Patrick’s Day festivities with an Irish breakfast from 8 am – 10 am on Saturday, March 17. Guests will be immersed in all things Irish with a live bagpipe performance and a food and drink package that includes: green beer on tap; endless green mimosas; Bloody Marys; baked eggs with spinach and kale pesto; corned beef and kraut on rye; Kerrygold white cheddar scone sliders, rashers, and eggs; and bourbon caramel cinnamon rolls. Tickets for the package are $60 per person and can be purchased at www.eventbrite.com. Tax and gratuity are included. 

Guests can also make their way down to the lobby level Staytion Market & Bar for a DJ mixing beats from 10 am – 1 pm, along with a selection of a la carte menu items being offered throughout the day. Drink options include Green Tea Macha Latte, with milk, honey syrup and matcha powder; and Safe for Work, a non-alcoholic Irish coffee. The Staytion Bar will offer $6 Guinness on draft, $7 Jameson shots, $6 Green Baderbrau Pilsner BeerNot Safe for Work Irish coffee, and the Pot of Gold, with Jameson Caskmates, coffee, and Dorda liquer sea salt caramel whipped cream. Traditional breakfast options include an Irish Soda Drop Biscuit Sandwich, with lamb sausage, scrambled egg, and Irish white cheddar, for $8; and Corned Beef Hash, fried egg with rosemary hollandaise, for $15. Lunch options include Braised Lamb Sliders, with Irish white cheddar and cabbage slaw, for $14; and Corned Beef, with potato pancakes and braised red cabbage, for $16. There will also be an Irish Stew served in a bread bowl, for $8.
