Spanish West Loop

Salero kicked off the New Year by presenting a new weekly ritual to Chicago: Paella Tuesdays. Every Tuesday, from 5-10pm, two new Paellas will be offered to guests in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu. Paella Tuesday menu rotates weekly.

The dish lends itself to a community experience. Following cultural tradition, each Paella will be set in the center of the table at Salero and serve 2-3 guests. To complement the weekly Paella dishes, Salero will offer pitchers of its Red Sangria made with burgundy, brandy, lemon, lime, orange and cava, for $22 serving four guests.

In addition, guests now have the opportunity to book private Paella parties on Tuesday evenings in Salero’s private dining room located directly above the restaurant. Salero’s private dining room comfortably accommodates 15 to 50 guests for a sit-down dinner or 20 to 80 guests for reception-style dining and can be personalized to individual preferences with floral arrangements, color schemes, customized menus and more.
