Maple & Ash is teaming up with Mariscos San Pedro for a game-day tailgate that brings live-fire paella, steakhouse-inspired bites and Bears football together at Eight Bar. On Sunday, October 18, guests are invited to join the Mariscos San Pedro x Maple & Ash Paella Tailgate and taste unique dishes created by Chefs Danny Grant and Marcos Ascencio.
The one-day-only tailgate brings together two Chicago dining destinations for a game-day experience centered on paella, football and patio drinking. Chef Marcos Ascencio of Mariscos San Pedro will serve his signature tailgate paella, while Maple & Ash Culinary Director Danny Grant will serve a spicy meatball, tomato and giardiniera fundido with housemade flour tortillas. The Bears vs. Falcons game will be shown on screens throughout Eight Bar, including patio projectors, with game audio and a DJ spinning during commercial breaks.

Tailgate Ticket - $25 per person: Includes game viewing, paella, meatball fundido, branded souvenir stadium cup, access to Hop Butcher beer keg (while supplies last) and access to Jameson’s First Round On Us Kickback offer. Standing room only, with bar seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Paella Package - $50 per person: Includes everything in the Tailgate Ticket, plus a guaranteed table and chairs either on the patio or inside Eight Bar. $25 per ticket goes toward food and beverage.
