Collaboration Dinner Italian Logan Square

On September 27th, Osteria Langhe will host chefs from Spiaggia – to cook alongside its own executive chef, Cameron Grant. Each will offer unique culinary experiences but the premise will be the same: “Think of it as North meets South,” said Aldo Zaninotto, co-owner of Osteria Langhe. “Osteria will showcase the best of northern Italy, while…Spiaggia will bring with them the best of the Italian South” prepared by Chef Joe Flamm, and James Beard Winning Executive Chef Tony Mantuano.

To showcase the best of their respective regions, each restaurant team will prepare four dishes, creating a seven-course “North meets South” dining experience. A rabbit focused dish will feature potato encrusted rabbit, house sausage, pepper ragu and micro basil while the Duck Apple Plin will include cocoa dusted foie gras and La Tur fonduta.

Wine pairings, selected by Spiaggia’s Rachel Lowe and Osteria Langhe’s Zaninotto, will accompany each course.

The collaboration dinner, with seven courses and wine pairings, is set at $150 per person. Seating for this dinner is available by reservation only at 6:00, 6:30, 8:00 or 8:30 p.m.
