Osteria Langhe and Knife & Tine Collaborative Dinner, 7/20

Chef Cameron Grant of Osteria Langhe and Chef Jessica Brumleve of Knife & Tine combine their expertise for the second time now, presenting a collaborative meal hosted at Osteria Langhe on the evening of Monday, July 20th. For $50 per person, guests partake in a feast celebrating the culinary specialties of each chef. Attendees enjoy exclusive tastes of Chef Cameron’s Piemonte-inspired cuisine as well as a sample of Chef Jessica’s “New American” style encompassed into one thoughtfully crafted menu.

Lincoln Park’s Knife & Tine serves a classic menu of “New American” cuisine helmed by Brumleve and the chefs’ partnership offers a unique opportunity for dining enthusiasts to taste the best of both worlds. Osteria Langhe and Knife & Tine invite guests to experience a six course menu accompanied by beverage pairings by wine expert and Osteria Langhe owner Aldo Zaninotto and Knife & Tine sommelier Wylie Shaffer.

Quail Eggs Benedict
(Pork belly, giardiniera hollandaise)

Appetizers
Shrimp Scotch Egg
(Lime and coconut chutney, arugula and tomato salad)

(Brisket, mushroom ragu, Parmigiano-Reggiano)

Main Course
Prosciutto Wrapped Venison Loin
(White pudding, turnip and pea puree, bisto gravy)

Dessert
Sour Cream Chocolate Cake
(Valrhona chocolate ganache, candied pecans, chocolate caramel, whipped cream)

The evening’s menu is in collaboration with Local Foods Chicago, working closely with local farmers and purveyors.
