Onward’s Executive Chef Patrick Russ’s passion for seasonal ingredients is demonstrated in his new monthly Pasta Cooking Class Series where guests will experience the process as they are treated to tastes of seasonal samplings. Priced at $85 per person, the Rogers Park restaurant will hold the Pasta Series class on both Monday, December 9 and Monday, January 20 starting at 6 p.m.
Chef Russ will lead the class, guiding participants through each step of creating three seasonal pasta dishes, each with a different variety of pasta created by different rolling techniques. Guests might expect to make a stuffed, long and rolled pasta. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a chef-made pasta dinner paired with wine. Along with recipe cards, participants will take home the pasta they make.
