Ommi Foods Pop-up at Guild Row December 16th

Ommi’s inaugural pop-up dining event: A Palestinian “Ghada” will be held on December 16th, 2023, 11am-2pm at Guild Row!

A Palestinian “Ghada” is the first of Ommi's pop-up meal series using stories and recipes collected from Chicago’s many communities. Guests can expect a selection of shareable dishes, dessert, and coffee + tea service. Cocktails and drinks will be available as well. Each dish will be explained and credited to its source.

Ghada is Arabic for “lunch”, but on the weekends a “ghada” more closely resembles a brunch gathering with all of your immediate and extended family. Nobody knows the exact start or end time as family trickles in and out all day, but everyone can expect to leave with a full stomach.
