Omakase Dinner at Strings Ramen-Lakeview

Join Strings Ramen executive chef Katie Dong as she showcases her culinary skills with a special 1-night-only Omakase Dinner at 6pm Tuesday, June 12, at Strings' Lakeview location, 919 West Belmont Avenue, Chicago. This advance-ticket-only, communal dining experience is limited to just 35-guests, and includes a 4-course menu created by Chef Katie, featuring:

Zukemono – Sake-cured salmon, Japanese cucumber, shiso, daikon, nasu

Tataki – Yellowfin tuna, wakame, spicy yuzu  

Ramen – Slow simmered lobster, fish, chicken broth, topped with fillet mignon, micro shiso, yuzu
