Oktoberfest Celebration at Cactus Bar and Grill

Oom-pah-pah your way over to Cactus Bar and Grill on Friday, September 18 and raise a stein while helping local canines. Starting at 11 a.m., the Loop located tavern will offer half-liter and one-liter keepsake steins filled with the the best American and German beers in true Oktoberfest style. Seasonal selections include Revolution Oktoberfest; Two Brothers Atom Smasher Oktoberfest Lager; Left Hand Oktoberfest Marzen Lager; Weihenstephaner Festbier; and Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest (a collaboration with Germany’s Brauhaus Riegele). Liter steins are $15 and half-liter steins are $9. Pints are $6 throughout the month of September.

Proceeds from each souvenir stein sale will be donated to Chicago Canine Rescue Foundation, an organization that helps find permanent, loving homes for homeless dogs in our city. Since 2001, CCRF has saved the lives of over 3,000 dogs, puppies, cats and kittens in Chicago.
