The Oishii berry is hitting Chicago and is making its official restaurant debut in the West Loop with Chef Sangtae Park & Kate Park’s edomae style sushi restaurant, Omakase Yume. This collaboration with the Japanese restaurant includes a featured course with this sweet and aromatic fruit on their 16-course tasting menu. Guests will be presented a grand finale including either the Oishii Matcha Panna Cotta, garnished with sliced Omakase Berries and matcha cookie crumble or an Omakase Berry & Berry Shooter featuring a whole Omakase Berry followed by an Omakase Berry spritz. Each item offers the berry’s creamy texture, sweetness, and aromas. Reservations can be made on Resy.

Key details, timing, and local impact
