Now Open Mediterranean Andersonville

Oda Mediterranean Cuisine, located in Andersonville, has reopened for dinner service. The full menu is offered six nights a week on the sidewalk cafe, or indoors alongside large raised windows. Reservations are preferred, but not required.

Oda's proprietors, mother-daughter duo Marina and Tamta, present both traditional takes and modern methods of Mediterranean fare. Their heritage and inspirations also include Turkish, Georgian, and Ottoman dishes. The menu begins with mezes/tapas (mini eggplant roulades; babaganoush; dolma; cacik dip and more), hot appetizers (mantar guvech; sigara boregi; falafel), and soup and salads (shepherd's; piyaz; oda; red lentil soup). Entrees include charcoal kebabs (lamb or chicken; lamb and beef; Australian baby lamb chops; grilled combo; char grilled meatballs), retro classics (karniyarik-moussaka; sultan's delight-roasted eggplant; tabaka-cornished hen; beef stroganoff; lamb osso bucco; braised short ribs; stuffed gypsy peppers), seafood (charred baby octopus; kadaiyf shrimp; salmon en papillote) and vegetarian/vegan (mushroom stroganoff; shak shuka-eggplant; veggie moussaka; stuffed gypsy peppers). Oda's side dishes are hummus, veggies, roasted potatoes, olives, rice, mchadi (Georgian corn bread), and pita bread.

Oda is open Sunday-Thursday, 5-9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, 5-10 p.m. (closed Mondays). For table reservations, please call 773-878-8930 or visit OdaChicago.com. Curbside carry-out and delivery options continued to be offered at a 10% discount.
