Spiaggia Fall Menu Preview Dining Event on Thursday, October 24th Newly appointed Executive Chef Eric Lees will be presenting a preview of his new Autunno (Autumn) menu. The five-course preview dinner will feature seasonal flavors and highlight the inspiration Lees gained while on his recent trek through Italy, with a specific focus on the Milan and Lombardy regions. Highlights of the menu include: Beef Tongue Milanese (pictured above) with saffron risotto, tomato jam, and basil and Venison with polenta, gorgonzola dolce, and grape agre-doux.
