Given their location being right across from the Chicago River, Ocean Prime Chicago, has announced its partnership with Friends of the Chicago River, a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve and protect the Chicago River system, on a special summer cocktail promotion. Throughout the months of July and August, Ocean Prime Chicago will donate $1 from every Pineapple Picante cocktail sold to Friends of the Chicago River. The Pineapple Picante features pineapple-infused Corzo Silver Tequila, picante, fresh lemon, and Regan’s orange bitters.
