Cornerstone Restaurant Group, in partnership with Executive Chef Matt Eckfeld, has opened Dimmi Dimmi Corner Italian at the intersection of Armitage and Seminary in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. The restaurant serves Italian-American dishes with an emphasis on handmade pastas, tavern-style pizzas, and traditional recipes prepared with seasonal ingredients.
The opening menu features starters such as “Italian Beef” Carpaccio and Hamachi Crudo Diavolo. Pasta selections include Raviolo “Saltimbocca” and Spicy Vodka Stuffed Shells. Pastry Consultant Chef Casey Doody contributes a cast-iron focaccia paired with rotating housemade dips, while tavern-style pizzas complete the lineup.
