Now Open: Cornerstone Restaurant Group's Urbanbelly Fulton Market Location in Partnership with Taratsa Hospitality Partners

Cornerstone Restaurant Group and Chef Bill Kim officially open the doors of Urbanbelly’s new Fulton Market location on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Located at 950 W. Fulton Street, the Asian comfort food restaurant enters a new chapter in partnership with Taratsa Hospitality Partners, bringing Chef Kim’s blend of flavors, comforting dishes, and modern Asian influences to one of Chicago’s dining neighborhoods. Originally opened in 2008, Urbanbelly has offered dumplings, ramen, and seasonal offerings, over nearly two decades. The new Fulton Market restaurant marks a return to the neighborhood for Chef Kim following his previous presence at BellyQ and Time Out Market Chicago, while introducing Urbanbelly to a new audience of residents, professionals, and visitors.

The Fulton Market location will feature a menu rooted in Urbanbelly’s dishes, including Bill’s Bao Buns, Spicy Katsu Ramen, Korean Fried Chicken, and the Coconut Curry Pho, alongside new and exclusive dishes created specifically for the new restaurant. The restaurant will also debut a full bar program with cocktails designed to complement the flavor-driven menu. 

Reservations can be made on Sevenrooms and walk-ins are first come, first serve. Urbanbelly Fulton Market will open Wednesday through Sunday at 11:30am.
