Curated by Beer Director Adam Vavrick, Executive Chef Paul Kahan and The Publican have teamed up with North Carolina brewery, dim sum restaurant, flower shop, and bookstore Brewery Bhavana for one night only on Tuesday, February 26th.
Brewery Bhavana (Semi-Finalist for the James Beard award of Best New Restaurant), the name of which derives from the Sanskrit word for cultivation, has built its brewery on the philosophy of creation, collaboration and dreaming. Brewery Bhavana is also a flower boutique and bookstore and has earned the title of one of the coolest places to eat in the world from Forbes.
Guests can expect to enjoy signature dishes from Brewery Bhavana at The Publican, along with curated beer pairings from Adam Vavrick. The menu for this one-time event includes:
