To celebrate a decade within River North’s dining scene, Nonnina is marking its 10th anniversary with an exclusive, multi-course Antinori Wine Dinner on Wednesday, June 24th.
For one night only, Nonnina is celebrating "A Toast to Ten"by pairing its signature Italian cuisine with selections from Italy's Marchesi Antinori estate—representing 26 generations of winemaking.
The curated anniversary menu features a lineup of dishes paired with wines, including an opportunity for local wine lovers to sip the Antinori Tignanello:
Welcome Pour: Antinori Scalabrone Rosé paired with a Burrata amuse-bouche featuring grilled peaches, hot honey, and toasted pistachios.
First Course: Seared Scallops with cauliflower puree, brown butter, hazelnuts, and grilled corn, paired with Antinori Cervaro della Sala Chardonnay.
Second Course: House-made Campanelle Pasta with blistered cherry tomato, Calabrian chili, and stracciatella cheese, paired with Antinori Peppoli Chianti Classico.
Third Course: Grilled Lamb Rack served over saffron risotto with a rosemary jus, paired with the Antinori Tignanello.
Fourth Course: Mascarpone Panna Cotta with Amarena cherries and toasted almonds, finished with Antinori Vin Santo.
