On November 8th, Pendry Chicago is hosting Nobody’s Darling to shake up some sips created by Beverage Manager Chasity Beasley at Chateau Carbide. Nobody's Darling opened in Andersonville in 2021. The LQBTQ-led team serves up crafted cocktails and champions a space for spirit enthusiasts of all orientations and backgrounds. Owned and operated by Angela Barnes and Renauda Riddle, Nobody’s Darling will join Pendry Chicago for a one-night-only, public pop-up.
From 5 - 10 p.m., patrons can order from Nobody’s Darling’s menu, meet the team, and city sights from Chateau Carbide’s indoor-outdoor lounge, which will be in full Winter Garden mode. Libations will include Gwendolyn’s Verse with Uncle Nearest Whiskey, banana and cinnamon, the Celebrate With Me cranberry Negroni with sparkling rose and sweet vermouth, and the Kahlo Margarita with John Basil reposado tequila, passion fruit liquor, and habanero bitters. Reservations can be made via OpenTable. Walk-ins will be welcomed, space permitting.
