Bistronomic, the French bistro located in Chicago’s Gold Coast will offer two seatings for New Year’s Eve dinner and will also continue to ring in 2017 for New Year’s Day brunch.

To celebrate New Year’s Eve on Saturday, December 31, 2016 Bistronomic will offer a four-course Chef’s Tasting Menu for $65 (or $95 with wine pairings) during the first seating from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and a five-course Chef’s Gala Menu for $85 (or $115 with wine pairings) during the second seating from 7:45 to 11 p.m. Highlights of the New Year’s Eve Menu include the Diver Sea Scallops, Belgium Endive Salad, Roasted Rack of Lamb, Duo of Beef Short Ribs & Tenderloin au Poivre and Martial’s Chocolate Tart. Vegetarian options will be available for either seating. The à la carte menu will not be available.

Whether guests desire to re-charge after the revelry of New Year’s Eve or want to celebrate the onset of 2017,

Bistronomic will offer a New Year’s Day Brunch on Sunday, January 1, 2017. The menu will consist of two  courses composed of an appetizer and an entrée for $25. For $35, the two-course brunch will be served with a
brunch mimosa. New Year’s Day Brunch Menu standout dishes include the 2016 Hamburger Hop winning “Le French Burger,” Quiche Lorraine and Brioche French Toast.
