Celebrate the new year at The Chicago Firehouse! On Tuesday, December 31, the South Loop-located steakhouse will present a four course prix fixe menu for $89 per person. Newly appointed Executive Chef Greg Biggers' menu features the choice of starter (shrimp cocktail; petite wedge salad; truffle parsnip soup), second course (blue crab cake; mushroom truffle ravioli; duckfat hasselback potato), entree (roasted skirt steak; salmon wellington; prime ribeye steak diane for two), and dessert (champagne mousse cake; chocolate fudge cake). Optional sommelier selected wine pairings (4) may be added for $38 per person.
