Cantina Laredo in River North will welcome 2017 with a celebratory prix fixe, available from Friday, December 30 to Sunday, January 1. Chef Hector Rivera's three course menu, outlined below, includes the choice of starter (lobster soup; cranberry salad), entree (filet mignon; Chilean sea bass) and dessert (mixed berries with tequila cream; churros) for $59.99 per person. Optional cocktail pairings may be added for $15.99 (Honeycrisp Reposado 'Rita; Hornitos Black Barrel 'Rita; Heart Warmer).
