On Sunday, December 31, the River North restaurant is  presenting a four-course prix fixe experience for $65 per person. Guests can enjoy the likes of Venison Tartare with pickled tomato jam, horseradish, egg yolk, truffles, Maultaschen (German-style ravioli stuffed with confit duck leg and foie gras) served with roasted wild mushrooms, toasted hazelnuts and pickled currants, Striped Bass with lobster cream sauce, sweet potato and roasted celery root and Granatsplitter Cake (flourless chocolate cake with praline mousse, red-wine poached pear)  – to name just a few. To complement each course, wine pairings ($35) and beer pairings ($25) are offered, in addition to the regular beverage menus. Guests who stay to countdown to midnight will receive a complimentary champagne toast.
