Bernie’s Lunch & Supper will ring in the New Year with a specialty a la carte menu by chef Ryan Sand on December 31. The 12-item one-night-only menu will feature dishes such as Butter Poached Lobster Lasagna (Kabocha Squash, Fontina Fondue), Forged Mushroom Risotto (Parmesan-Truffle Mousse), Double-cut Wood Roasted Pork Chop (Braised Swiss Chard, Salsa Verde), and 36-Hour Short Rib (Crispy Sweet Potatoes, Five Spice Bordelaise).
