New Year’s Day at Mac's Wood Grilled

Mac’s Wood Grilled celebrates the first day of 2025 with expanded hours, college bowl games, and holiday specials. Look for food features such as Breakfast Empanadas, featuring two empanadas stuffed with egg, bacon, cheese sauce, cheddar jack cheese and potatoes, and served with a side of housemade salsa verde ($9). All-day drink deals include $5 Bloody Marys and $5 Mimosas, plus an array of selections such as $4 Paddy Irish Whiskey shots, $5 Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey shots, $4 Pink Whitney Vodka shots, and $5 house vodka cocktails (excludes Red Bull).

The bar opens at 11 a.m. for a full day of football, including three College Football Playoff Quarterfinals. The Peach Bowl (Arizona State versus Texas) gets started at 12 p.m., followed by the Rose Bowl (Oregon versus Ohio State) at 4 p.m. and the Sugar Bowl (Georgia versus Notre Dame) at 7:45 p.m. The bar is open from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1 and the kitchen is open from 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
