Chef Larry Feldmeier joined The Bristol (the 13-year-old New American Bucktown standby) last spring and has since reimagined the menu with a focus on seasonal menus. The new menus are an evolution of the previous Thursday night B-Sides tasting menu.

  • A La Carte Dishes: Guests have the option to choose anything from the menu including Octopus with harissa, eggplant, and pine nut vierge, Taglionini with sauce Americaine, shellfish, and basils, and Halibut en Papillote, artichoke gremolata, caper berry, and potatoes.
  • 5-Course Prix-Fixe ($65) with Wine Pairings ($45): Spring dishes include an Asparagus Salad with salsa brusca, stracciatella, and mustards, Green Tomato Bisque with chilis and crispy onions, Rye Berry Risotto with green garlic, stinging nettle, and ham, Lamb Lion with vignole, sorrel, and knob onion, and Pink Peppercorn Ice Cream with kataifi, lavender honey, and green almond.
  • 7-Course Tasting Menu ($75) with Wine Pairings ($55): This menu will rotate with the seasons and change 4-5 times per year. The current menu starts with Scallop Ceviche, Mustards Salad, and White Asparagus Soup, serves Morel Mushroom Ricotta Agnolotti as the pasta course, Ora King Salmon and Short Ribs as mains, and finishes with Kataifi with pink peppercorn ice cream. Wine pairings start with sparkling and move into Riesling, Chenin Blanc, Tibouren Clos Cibonne Rosé before old world reds and dessert selections.

Hours are Wednesday- Sunday from 5-10 p.m.
