Cantina Laredo in River North and III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Lakeshore East will launch new libations for spring sipping in Chicago.
Cantina Laredo, located at the corner of State and Illinois, will feature "Fiesta Flip" cocktails that pair perfectly with Chef Daniel Espinoza's modern Mexican cuisine. The Latin libations (Cabo Flip; 3 G's Please; Sunshine Margarita) are garnished with a boozy boat float made of fruit and will be available from April 1-May 28.
Loop-located III Forks Prime Steakhouse will offer new "Pleased As Punch" cocktails made with Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum and 1792 Small Batch Bourbon. The featured cocktails (Two Barrel Punch; Kentucky Punch; Afternoon Delight) are served in mod punch glassware and will be available from April 2 through June 30.
