The Berkshire Room, inside the ACME Hotel, has launched a line of seasonal drinks. Taking pride in classic drinks with inventive twists, The Berkshire Room’s mixology team – led by Bar manager Christian Hetter – embraces winter flavors. Hetter helms a  group of bartenders, presenting new pours exuding brightness and balanced composition. A theme of fruit flavors is present throughout the menu including  apricot brandy, dehydrated strawberry, spiced pear and pamplemousse, among others, as well as a variety of untraditional ingredients including Cuttlefish Ink Old Tom Gin, Aquavit, Absinthe, and house-made beet cordial.
