New Menu American Wrigleyville

Houdstooth Saloon recently launched their fall menu, adding new dishes to the Southern-influenced American menu. The lineup lists new starters such as beer-battered Wisconsin Cheese Curds with spicy marinara dipping sauce; and Roscoe Chili, a hearty beef and bean chili with Cheddar cheese, jalapenos, onions, sour cream and crunchy tortilla chips.

Choose from new entrée options such as Chicken and Waffles, with crispy fried chicken tenders, maple syrup, powdered sugar and freshly cracked pepper; a Bryant-Denny Burger, with creamy mac and cheese, applewood-smoked bacon and Cheddar cheese; and a Crimson Tide Burger with five-hour braised pulled pork, crispy onion rings, Cheddar cheese and bourbon barbecue sauce.

Pair your burger with a rotating selection of seasonal brews such as Southern Tier Pumking, an imperial pumpkin ale with subtle sweetness and pie-like flavors; Revolution Brewing Oktoberfest, a German-style Oktoberfest beer with toasty malt flavor; and Samuel Adams Oktoberfest, which has notes of caramel.
