The Fried Chicken Sandwich at Publican Anker features crispy chicken drizzled with Paul Kahan's spiced Indian honey sauce. Toppings include fresh cucumber slaw and a creamy methi ranch, made from scratch with fenugreek leaves and ranch sauce. The fried chicken is then tucked between two warm “griller” buns.
