The Chicago Firehouse restaurant has unveiled a new brunch menu. Chef Greg Biggers' Sunday brunch selections feature starters (avocado toast; teriyaki duck wings; lox and bagel platter; fried calamari), soups and salads (signature lobster bisque; CFH chopped; knife and fork Caesar), favorites (truffle and cheese omelet; skirt steak and eggs; 104 breakfast; apple pie French toast; croque madame quiche), CFH benedicts (classic; smoked salmon; French lobster), sandwiches (braised short rib sliders; burger 104; prime rib French dip; warm crab roll) and sides (applewood smoked bacon; chicken and apple sausage; fruit with yogurt and granola; breakfast potatoes; toast).
Midday drinks include the ever-popular CFH Bloody Mary and Surf & Turf Bloody Mary, bellinis, mimosas, 5-Alarm coffee, juices, La Colombe espresso and Rishi teas.
Brunch service is offered on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
