New Bourbon Flight at III Forks

Starting July 2, III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Lakeshore East will offer "The Bourbon Test," a flight of three bourbons served in Glencairn whisky glasses. The neat pours will be served on a III Forks branded paddle, made from a Garrison Brothers whiskey barrel stave. Each flight ($20) is presented with tasting notes.

The Bourbon Test trio includes: Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Clermont, KY); Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Hye, TX); and Elijah Craig Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Bardstown, KY).
