To celebrate Negroni Week from September 16-22, The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago offers its signature Negroni Rosato, a blend of Aviation Gin, Balsam ROSE Vermouth and Peychaud’s Aperitivo. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz Aviation Gin

  • 1 oz Balsam ROSE Vermouth

  • 1 oz Peychaud's Aperitivo

Instructions: 

  • Combine the Aviation Gin, Balsam ROSE Vermouth, and Peychaud's Aperitivo in a mixing glass filled with ice.

  • Stir until well-chilled and diluted.

  • Strain the mixture over a fresh large ice cube in a rocks glass.

  • Express a flamed orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
